Grievance Duely Noted (denied due to lack of common sense)

Wild Bill has filed an Utubic Grievance with the Tribal Council regarding the appointment of somecallmejim as UtubiaPresident. He then claims that the appointment of Gotharious as VP is a futher usurpation of due process. Wild Bill has even gone so far as to suggest that the Tribal Council is keeping information from him.

If the Tribal Council was keeping info from Bill, how does he know that Gotharious is being considered as VP?!
