Do you have to site the laser in or is it ready to go out of the box?
If you site in the laser at 8yds,does that make it inaccurate at 15yds?
Does it run slightly bigger or smaller then the stock medium grip?

It is sighted in at about 50 feet out of the box. If you sight it in exactly at 8 yards, it may be a bit off as you move further away. I typically sight it in at about 15 yards, if I can hold the gun steady or get a rest. then as you move closer, it may get a little low and maybe an inch to the left on your point of impact. You typically won't see either your target at night or your laser in the daytime past that distance anyway. These only fit the XD series, not the M yet.
