ML1 - Modification 3 - Fine sanding and staining

Hey guys,
In this modification video I sanded the ML1 with a much finer sand paper, and then I mixed mahogany and walnut stains to make a different redish color.

The grain really jumps out now, I'm very lucky the cuts of wood match really well with each other.

In the next modification video I add new pickups, switching options and a pick guard,

Hi there mate,

I'm main reason why I like the ML1's is they are so affordable, but still of great quality.

Mahogany body, Ebony Fret board, Wilkonson Trem, Grover tuners,

Put in a good set of pickups and you have a brilliant guitar for very little money,

Also the fact that you can email the head of the company with questions is pretty cool!

i got into the bachelor audio course for next year, is there many share houses in box hill?

Well done buddy, I've got some sound issues at the moment, but lot's more ML1 videos coming,

The bachelor of audio sounds like a lot of fun!

There's many many share houses, usually there's three or four ad's advertising share house, on the campus cork boards, maybe email the course coordinator and ask?

You're very welcome mate,

I'm doing the Advanced Diploma of Music performance and theory, it then dove tails into the second year of the Bachelar of Composition for Film and Television. So basically when you hit second year Bachelor I'll be in there with you just studying different subjects,

I did check out Marco mate, he's nuts!!

and how is it that you didnt put a clear coat on?

God only knows why you'd go through this process and not take off the neck and electronics. Ever heard the old adage: theres never time to do it right, but theres always time to do it over...?
