A gentle stroll around the pyramid is just what I need to loosen up some achy joints. After I've dealt with these rampaging Arachnoids and Bulls first though.

From 1:26 - 1:54, you might think I'm shooting at thin air. There's quite a fair few Arachnoids that spawn in from that particular corner and I wanted to make sure I shot and maimed each and every last one of them. Squint at the video and you can just tell that I'm telling the truth. Blame the searing sunshine for spoiling your view.

Like I said the last time I was here, it's up to you whether you want to watch the whole carefree jaunt around the Pyramid and indulge in listening to some rather splendid music. But if action's your thing, chances are you're going to overlook it.

Enough stalling! Onward to The Great Pyramid. I'm ready for you, Ughzy.

4:27 - 4:30. Reverse psychology at its worst.

4:45 - 4:52. Slowest. Moving. Boulder. Ever.

Secret Four: In the area with the next Gold Sphinx, there is a Serious Ammo Pack to your left as you come through the door. In this version, collecting this now counts as a Secret (0:15). Afterwards, it will then grant you access to the Secret Area with the Pyramid.

Secret Five: In the area with the Pyramid, head left around the outside until you eventually come across a Secret Serious Ammo Pack in the far corner (2:38).

Secret Six: From Secret Five, keep running around the outside of the Pyramid until you reach the opposite corner where you'll find a Secret Heart power-up (3:26).

Secret Seven: By this point, all of the enemies around the Pyramid should have been killed. Head to the front of it. A door will have opened with a usable button inside. Two Croteam Heads on their 'contraption' will warn you NOT to press it. Do so anyway (4:36), and the Pyramid will 'explode' revealing it to be built out of a pile of Secret Crates (4:39).

Secret Eight: Go back into the original area where the Gold Sphinx resides. Rotate the middle platform to the left but DON'T press the button on the ledge there. Instead use it as a stepping stone to jump up onto the ledge above it. Jump over to the ledge where the Adult Arachnoid spawned before. Some Secret Full Armor awaits (5:44).

Secret Nine: Use the same method used in Secret Eight, but this time, rotate the middle platform to the right. Jump up and over to the ledge to find a Secret Heart power-up lying in wait (6:12).

Secret Ten: Use the same method performed in both Secrets Eight & Nine, but this time, point the middle platform straight. After jumping on the button, jump through one of the small gaps on the ledge to reveal a Secret Entrance to the Gold Sphinx (6:35). Much quicker than the normal route. I don't know what it is since I've never done it that way.

Note that a message displays after collecting the Gold Sphinx stating that a mechanism is now activated for unlocking (6:44).

Secret Eleven: After collecting the Gold Sphinx, jump into the water and shoot the solitary platform that is raised with a Rocket (7:25). This will then activate and raise a platform on the opposite side out of the water. It will then move over to the right hand ledge (7:31).

Not much use at this point, I know, but a Secret's a Secret.

@SroRAVen91 At the very end of Luxor, instead of walking straight to the exit, bear left as soon as you pass through the last set of double doors to find the Secret exit to the Sacred Yards.

Has anyone tried to get to top of pyramid? I have using rocket jump (with temporary god mode of course) and I can tell you view is amazing. You can see Great Pyramid right in front of you in distance and Rising obelisk/antenna from Luxor to the right

Hmmm... I have found the pyramid on the xbox 360 version but there were no croteam heads on a contraption. WTF?
