The Warwick Foundation's 2010 Vodafone World of Difference Australia Plea

The Warwick Foundation is Australia's FIRST and ONLY non-profit charitable organisation focused on supporting young adults aged 18-40 years on their cancer journey.

Their General Manager, Jade McKenzie, is applying for the Vodafone World of Difference grant that gives 5 Australian's the chance to work full time for their chosen charity for a year with a salary and expenses.

This is our plea to them to make a World of Difference to us.

With so much that we want to achieve and so many people we need to reach out to, this grant would have a huge impact on the Foundation. It would mean that in 2010 we are one step closer to closing the gap in the care and treatment of this forgotten generation.

Congratulations on making the top 10 Jade...

I made it to the top 25 but that's where my journey ended... The charity I support is Camp Quality (bringing hope and optimism to kids with cancer and their families through fun therapy), so I really hope that you make it to the top 5 and continue the excellent work you do!

Hi Everyone,

Just to keep you updated I have made the top 10 and went to Sydney for an interview with the judging panel last week. We will find out the result later in the week. I really, really hope that I can come back to you with happy news!

Amazing video! That is so powerful. I truly hope Vodafone support this cause because it can have such a massive impact in people's lives. Issues like these are fairly new to our society - but they are massive and are becoming increasingly common.
