  • Nice documentation, any way let me know where u guys learning Bahasa. i m jogjanese but i live in US. aku orang bantul di amrik mass.

  • Makasih, we're based in Australia but organise in-country Indonesian study programs for university/college (and private applicant) students of Indonesian from around the world. Most of our students study at Universitas Gadjah Mada (this is where Indonesian language instruction is offered), but can also take programs at Universitas Islam and Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, as well as a number of other more specialised options. Dah lama tinggal di Amerika?- Semua anak ACICIS rindu banget Yogya!

  • Great video. And the interviewees speak such wonderful Indonesian! Perhaps they can teach Cinta Laura some Indonesian!

...also, I'm not sure if I'm the right person to bring this up, but for me, the word "bule" is still somewhat derogatory although lots of expats in Indonesia have embraced the term as some sort of a term of endearment. I think we should really bring to mind the unpleasant origin of the term. I would never call someone "bule" - I prefer orang putih / orang Barat / orang Kaukasia.
