  • that was just amazing! I love his playing so much!! I'm playing this piece for my jury recital next month, do you think you could post the other movements (if you have them) because I need inspiration! :D thanks so much for posting his videos

  • @OYOBQ I would like to post the rest of the concerto, but i don't want to push the copyriht infringment too much. I'm uploading now the Hermann Baumann's cadenza from first movement...

  • This version always makes me happy... :3

  • I know Baborak horn performances very well. I can hear a horn concerto and just by the playing and tone I can tell that it is him playing. Through out the years I have come the enjoy his performances. I consider him a the heir to Dennis Brain legacy that has the "it" factor while Barry Tuckwell can be said to really the one (yes it can be said great virtuoso) but it is just he does not have the "it" factor as Baborak has.

  • Wonderful horn,perfect execution,but...a little uniform,monotonous

  • @tophornmusic Frankly, if it were not for you and others like us on YouTube who post these videos, many would NEVER hear of or see most of what the music world has to offer. I have YouTube to thank for even exposing me to Radek. Here in Baltimore, Maryland USA we have NOTHING to boast of musically. Thank you. BRIAN

  • Great work from Mr Baborák, as usual, but unfortunately can't say the same from the orchestra...

  • better than sarah willis! :D

  • 5:27-6:08 = amazing.
