@TrackStar828 Not where I live - I see people causing minor/major traffic violations all the time. Like running stop signs, illegal u-turns, ect... But we both cannot determine what people think of.

@TheChubbyKid that's not true. many people are afraid of running red lights and speeding, otherwise they would be doing it all the time. your logic is off lol. people are always looking for cops and worrying about them because they give out tickets.

@TrackStar828 I didn't say they shouldn't enforce the law. I am just saying a quota system is stupid.
BTW no one is afraid of speeding, or running red lights/stop signs.

@TheChubbyKid Well if cops didn't go out and give so many tickets people wouldn't be afraid of speeding and running red lights. The local cities need money, too.
