hey i got another question so i set it to 30 fps didnt record sound and i got huge lag spikes.. anything you can tell me?

@Paranoyed4 It's a custom UI, I use Vuhdo for my unitframes and healing, bartender 4 for my actionbars, chatter for my chat box, statblock core some various libdatabroker mods, sexymap for my map, zomgbuffs for my pally buff mod, and bigwigs for my boss mod. I've also switched from x-perl to Shadowed Unit Frames.
