  • remind me not to fagward even if i win.

  • CJ at the last part doing Frank West stomps haha.

    hype commentators bored-ass audience.

  • @TRez5000 CJ has a better setup. Champ has a better Dorm.

  • @XxreyrayxX09

Yup. I don't even play whatever this is and I got hype. Saddens me to say that melee kinda died a little in GF.

  • @Grimbear13 That is very true. In the end, I guess it all depends on personal taste. I was never an old school player, and when vanilla came out i played on that 360 controller, combos were very possible (unlike SSF4, whom it was insanely hard to do awesome combos in it.) However, all I could do was simple combos connected with a Hyper combo/DHC. A friend brought a stick once, and when I tried it out, I could do so many things. My playing style became so versatile.

  • @GHIIIGNT I agree with you in the sense that 2D fighters feel better with an Arcade Stick. But UltraDavid/James Chen brought up a solid point about it. Since arcades are a dying breed, the new generation of Fighting Game Community members are learning at home playing on pad online. So a lot more pad players have shown up in recent years. It was mentioned because MCZ MRN WolfKrone had just won the LG tournament over the weekend on a pad. In related he also went to win on the phone.

  • the crowd was so dead. damn esports!

  • @airamanddex I struggled with the wording on that, I really did. And I understand that sticking out. I was also in a rush. I was thinking more on the lines that if the FGC exists "as it is" (that's a better way to say it). In the future it may not resemble what it does right now in any way. If fighting games continue to be made, standard controllers will be even more used than they are now. Though I'm sure there will be those that say "the FGC isn't the same anymore". I'm all for pad play.

  • suck that noel the big pussy brown

  • @proto22005 Well aren't you talented. Dude it's not about if YOU can do it. Thinks about how hard it is to do that shit with most players. Most people thinks its a lot easier to charge and do other shit at the same time with Zero while using a stick.
