why the hell don`t you say what you do? video is lousy. unless you are an expert you will not be able to follow the video, where it would not be required in the first place. The tutorial sucks.

there is no equations, but at the beginning of the vid he defines the number of turns that you want. That is why the spring has a total of 25 turns. It took me about 3 hours to figure it out. If you don't define t and ft, you get a plate.

I was wondering if you could please let me know the equations that u used in order to sweep along the spline. Also do you think you might be able to upload a slower and maybe better quality video. This will help a lot. Thank you in advance
