Broadway way needs more shows like this and less shows like Legally blonde, one of the worst Broadway shows of all time, it has cute songs and I love laura bell bundy, but not a good broadway musical at all.

I really liked Legally Blonde the musical. It pleasantly surprised me. But to each their own I guess.

It is such a joke and such an indictment on the Broadway theater community that "Spamalot" beat out "LITP." This is just an amazing show. If Broadway is dying, the community has no one to blame but itself for not promoting shows like this.

TLIP may have lost the Tony for Best Musical, but at least Clark and Guettel won in their respective categories. This musical number is proof that they both deserved them.

@PeaceNdLovee Apples and Oranges. Both have their merits. Both have their flaws. As beautiful as this show is, bubble-gum camp has its place.

Exquisite. The three truly great new musicals of the past decade, Light in the Piazza, Caroline, or Change, and the amazing Next to Normal, all lost the Tony. Commerce over art, business as usual, but glad people are paying attention to these beautiful shows.

@cantaratv Please say you are joking. Susan Boyle would murder this song. She does not have the technique to pull off something as beautiful as this. I honestly do not get the hype about her. Anyway. Incredible Music. Beautiful performance from a truly talented performer!
