UNPRIVATED JULY 2009 From being privated october 2008....

Finished editing it today, but I have been debating with myself and possibly the "characters" in this video whether I should post or not....

Firstly, this video was not planned in anyway. I had been sitting at the piano playing coldplay or something like that, and I suddenly had a little vision of my twin locking me in the bathroom...

I did that, but then out of now-where this video emerged... Not that any of my videos are planned anyway...

For the moment I won't write here what its about, I would like to hear your views and things first...

Oh and to myself I decided not to use split screen (a few seconds only which I did today). It takes twice the video and I have discovered twin movies take more memory and my computer is incredibly low.

Looking back on it though it proves that you don't have to use split screen to create characters.

Amazingly, I didn't feel silly shouting my feelings towards the teddy which I was using for an eyeline on the opposite end of the bath heehee...

Annotations which I will add.
I could untie my hands so easily that I struggled to make it look like I couldn't :)

At 2:21 I think I sound like the Aussie, Janet Fielding as her character Teegan Jovanka from Doctor Who.

I accidently leant on the tap, and in lots of the shots, but you can't see, I am actualy wet :) - the ties are wet in places in a few shots, but thats drama for you, another one for the outtakes!

that was really good,especially for just having yourself do everything.I liked a lot of the shots you used.The only two things I would suggest is to record a minute or so of just silence in the room your recording in,the room tone.The room will have some kind of sound to it,and then you can layer that in while your editing to give the sound a more natural flow.Also there were a few really quick shots that looked a little jumpy and maybe unnesescary.other than that great. your a great actress too

some of the dialouge which is overlapped nearer the end has a slight gap, less than a second between each "clip" as movie maker mutes the sound sometimes but not just for that clip, the rest of you film, which is anoying!! :)

oh and my laptops fan is very unpredictable, so that also affects the noise/hum thing grr :)

But yes I hadn't thought of that! :)
