If you're a fan of beach music, you're a fan of The Band of Oz. For more than three decades The Band of Oz has played at high schools and colleges, private clubs and corporate parties, weddings and public concerts and has topped the beach music charts time and time again.

The band's first hit, "Shaggin," has become a beach music classic, as has "Shama Lama Ding Dong." Other hits have included "Ocean Boulevard" and "Love Song Medley." The band's awards have included several for Best Group, Best Beach Record, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Ballad of the Year and Best Live Recording at the Beach Music Awards.

The Band of Oz is known for its success in the beach music scene, but is by no means limited to that genre.
