Etienne and Santiago, 2 technical dive instructors are on a mission to find, in a maze of underwater lines, Ts and jumps, the right connection between 2 Cenotes: from Cenote "Tres Estrellas" to Cenote "Nai Tucha".

The difficulty of filming there lay mainly in the surface shots inside the dome of beautiful "Tres Estrellas". We needed light, lots of light, to illuminate the full dimension of this impressive dome. Carrying batteries, a generator, gasoline and installing 20 lights above and underwater was a special quest.

However it was worth the effort and we all enjoyed our filming days in the jungle. The stunning underwater scenery made up for any inconvenience (mosquitos) on land!

  • Thank you very much Jason! Yes I was happy to do something different for once and I want to do a new one next year. Hope it's gonna be english this time!!! :)

By the way I just saw your new website (or at least it's new to me) - I like a lot that it's white. Very refreshing to the usually dark cave diving pages!

  • Very nice movie Karin, it changes from the simple 'dive video' and with a touch of humor as well, spot on!

    Great production. :)
