Hey, check out Brad's Raw Chips. The chips are made using organic vegetables grown by local farmers in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Blended with raw flax seeds, buckwheat groats, and spices. They are truly the healthiest chip in the world. Check out my channel for more news and information!

It's OK :-) I have always been a bit of a space cadet though. Lol. Now people will just chalk it up to my veganism :-) But no really, I'm very healthy and mentally fit. I have a big appetite too!

I just started soaking slices of raw turnip to use as chips, just like this! They get super crispy and bended just like ruffles. I <3 this video, and the fresh-chip revolution, :)

you're right. livestock drugs are terrible and probably do create the behavior you described. i didn't mean to sound mean, i was more just worried. i'm sorry.

I think that was too mean, I apologize.

maybe we're just not high strung and macho like people who are on livestock food that's laced with drugs?
What kind of celery was that? I have never heard of it and I am trying to eat healthy (I need to drop a few). I think you made a great dish and will try it myself, if that is o.k.

It's actually celery root, or "celeriac." When you see it at the grocery store it looks funny, kindof greenish and round but root-like on the outside. I cut off the skin and sliced it thin and into triangles to be more "chip" like. The inside of the root is white and the texture is kindof crispy and almost turnip-like. I looove celeriac root. Looks kinda funky but it tastes great :)
