  • The blob lifts look cool. One question. I have recently noticed that i need straps for more lifts especially on back day. Anyways if you could pick one grip exercise to improve my grip just for something like dead lifts what would it be?

  • @xXHomerBushXx - Deadlift grip strength is pretty specific. Most will say to use thick bars, but I don't feel that works. I would focus on building your endurance by performing thumbless deads and holds for time at various spots in the deadlift range of motion.

  • The silver one we trained with the day I came up. Believe it is the slater loadable bell.
