A Jemi Story Episode 39

HEY GUYZZ!!
We took a plane from LA to some place in West Virginia. Now we are in the car. Sabrina's parents and Sabrina and I are in one car. My brother, her brother and my parents are in the other. Her bro is the same age as mine. They turn 17 this year. Anywho...on with the story!

Joe: *smiles and walks to Demi's room*
Demi: Just the person I wanted to see! *pats her bed* Sit.
Joe: Okay. *sits next to her on the bed and rubs her arm* Are you okay?
Demi: Yeah. I just need to get bed-rest.
Joe: Okay, good. I don't want to getting hurt anymore.
Demi: Yes, Mom.
Joe: Well, if I'm your mother than I guess I can't kiss you like a boyfriend.
Demi: I TAKE IT BACK!!
Joe: I thought so. *leans in and kisses her*
Demi: *puts her arm around his neck and pulls him closer*
Joe: *pokes his tongue against her mouth*
Demi: *opens it and well...explores?...*
They kiss for awhile, then the doctor comes in.
Dr. Ross: *clears throat*
Joe: *pulls away and blushes* Oops.
Demi: *extremely embarassed and hides her face*
Dr. Ross: *laughs* It's fine. But what isn't fine is you sneaking out.
Demi: I'm sorry. My friend, Selena, perhaps you remember her? She dissapeared, and we had to find her. I'm sorry.
Dr. Ross: Well, at least I know that you can walk. *smiles*
Demi: *smiles*
Dr. Ross: Well, you and Selena make very fast recoveries. You can probably go in about 3 or 4 days.
Demi: What about Selena?
Dr. Ross: I'm afraid she slipped into a coma. *to Joe* Your brother is in there visiting, so you cannot go in yet.
Joe: *nods*
Dr. Ross: I'll be back. *walks out*
Joe: I hope Selena's okay...
Demi: I have faith in her. But, what happened to her?
Joe: *looks up* That is a very good question.
Nick: *walks in with a tear-stained face* You can go visit her Joe.
Joe: *pats him on the back and walks out*
Nick: *sits in a chair*
Demi: *feels bad and tells him to sit on her bed, and he does so*
Nick: I can't believe it.
Demi: What?
Nick: This has been the most eventful and life-changing night of my life. Well, besides the release of our first cd.
Demi: Yeah. *looks at him* Do you still like Selena?
Nick: More than ever. I think...i think i love her...
Demi: *smiles and holds out her arms* Gimme a hug.
Nick: *smiles and hugs her*
Demi: *softly* Why don't you tell her that.
Nick: *pulls away* After everything I did, she probably hates me.
Demi: So? Tell her anyway.
Nick: *rolls his eyes* It's not that easy.
Demi: Maybe not. But you'll never know unless you try.
Nick: *smiles* You always know the right thing to say.
Demi: What are best friends for?
Nick: *smiles and hugs her again*
Demi: *hugs back and then pushes him away* GO!! SELENA AWAITS!!
Nick: *laughs and walks out*
Joe: *walks into him* AHH!
Nick: Chillax, bro. It's me.
Joe: Oh...AHH!!
Nick: *rolls his eyes and pats him on the back, and walks away*
Joe: *walks into Demi's room* Hello beatiful!
Demi: *sings* How's it goin'?
Joe: Ha. Funny. *eyes brighten* HEY!! I NEVER REALLY HEARD YOU SING YET!!
Demi: Ha. You're right!
Joe: So, sing.
Demi: ?
Joe: Please?
Demi: Fine. *mumbles* Stupid puppy dog face...
Joe: Works every time.
Demi: *sings This Is Me*
This is real,
this is me,
I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be now.
Gonna let the light,
shine on me.
Now I found,
who I am.
There's no way to hold it in.
No more hidin' who I wanna be

Joe: *sings his part*

Joe and Demi:

This is real

Joe: *smiles* You know what's wierd?
Demi: What?
Joe: When I first heard you sing, ya know, on the recording, I actually played my character a bit. I needed to find you.
Demi: *laughs* I was the voice inside your head!
Joe: *laughs*
The laughter fades...
Joe: *smiles* I love you, Demi.
Demi: I love you, Joe.
They lean in and kiss.
Dr. Ross: Again?
Joe: *pulls away* I'm just gonna go...
Demi: But-
Joe: *kisses her once more and walks away*
Demi: *sad*
Dr. Ross: You really like that boy, don't you?
Demi: More than anything else. He means the world to me.
Joe: *smiles, hearing the whole thing*
Dr. Ross: *smiles* Alright, well I have more good news!
Demi: Yay!
Dr. Ross: Well, you can officially check out in 2 days, and then you need to take medication for the next 2 weeks. In 2 weeks, come back, and we will take the stiches out. Okay?
Demi: *nods happily* YUP!
Dr. Ross: Alright. Well, you should get some sleep. It's 4:00 in the morning.
Demi: Kay. If you see Joe, can you tell him to come in?
Dr. Ross: *smiles* Okay. *sends Joe in*
Joe: *walks in*

HAPPY ENDING! Yay.
