i am in favor of banning cell phone use but not GPS use while driving

Im 51 and i can remember back in the 70s CBRadios were big. yet there was never the problem they have today, why not makee phones like CBs?

People Eat, Smoke and listen to the radio while driving, so they cannot ban everything, but phones have TEXTING options, and for that reason alone, phones bans are good, without texting cell phones are only like the cbs of the 1970s
