Inconsistent refereeing - you dont need the hammerhead when the Gladiator is still on the bridge (alebit defenceless) but you do when the gladiator and there hammerhead are off the bridge?

@aquaplex2006 Have to agree, Catherine had the hammerhead when the Gladiator had fallen... surely an automatic 10 points. A silly technicality.

Inconsistent refereeing there! Hammer loses his hammerhead and is deemed out of the game and thus it is fine for the challenger to not lose their hammerhead. Yet Glacier falls off yet the challenger still needs her hammerhead. How is Hammer undefended on the bridge more out of the game than Glacier who is completely off the bridge?
