  • @Kastralis bulding muscle is healthy. doing to much is unhealthy. no matter if you are 25 or 14. its uhealthy to do to much. being healthy and be in shape and having muscle mass is healthy. doing to much like this guy is unhealthy. i bet that this guy takes supplements.

  • lmao spreading your legs really wide makes the push ups ALOT easier so does spreading your arms apart...try it at home i garantee your push up count will double or even triple but id rather do real push ups much better benifits
