Spanning the Gaps to Post-Secondary Education, a program offered through Ryerson University's G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, was developed based on the belief that education can break cycles of inter-generational poverty and social exclusion, and that higher education can transform lives and contribute to social cohesion, social stability, and a civic society. The program's goal is to increase post-secondary participation by young people and adults who might not otherwise interact with or experience post-secondary education.
