@SoloHero Is there some reason they dont want to be called what they are? Sure they may be offensive... so is Honkey... cracker... i dont mind being called those... nigger is offensive, but they can call each other it all day long and not get upset. Look, im sorry you (not you, the homosexual population) dont like being called what you are, but its not my fault your like that.
@strixt I misspoke about the Iraq withdrawal date, it's the Afghan war that was said to begin by next year, the surge was to help quicken efforts for an end; provide a security umbrella for development and allow the Afghan government to continue to extend its reach. As far as the name calling, I believe one should treat others with respect, I may not agree with your views or your lifestyle, but that doesn't mean I have the right call you something you don't want to be called because of it.
@strixt You've never been to that website, how would you know anything about it. It may say things YOU don't like, but that doesn't make any less trustworthy.
"I believe he has outlined a responsible approach that retains maximum flexibility to reconsider troop levels and to respond to changes in the security environment should circumstances on the ground warrant," House Republican Leader John Boehner said of Obama's IRAQ withdrawal which should happen in August.
@SoloHero Sorry i dont go to biased websites, so politifact . com is a no. I can call gays whatever i want to call them. Faggots, queers, gays, homos, ass-masters... anything i want. The whole military thing? Yeah thats a lie too. He not only hasnt made that plan, but plans to send MORE to Afghanistan. IDK where you get your information, but its not working out well for you.
@strixt I felt I needed to add a few things. It's "GAY rights", it's not going to hurt you to call it that, in fact, it'll make you sound like an adult. And as far "he hasnt done a damn thing." Check your facts on that one, dear. I suggest going to Politifact . com and clicking on the Obammeter 113 promises kept and 19 broken so far, in my bad book.
@strixt I would rather the end of this war to take time, it would be dangerous if he gave an order to just halt things all together. He laid out a plan to have most of our soldiers out of Iraq by summer next year and the remainder by the end of 2011. It's not next year yet. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places but can you tell me when Obama promised FREE health care? Not too long ago he granted same-sex partners full visitation rights in hospitals, a small step, but a something nonetheless.
@SoloHero No... he isnt making an effort at all... In fact, out of all his promises, the only thing he changed, was his mind. "End the war." NO! "Free healthcare." NO! "Faggot rights." NO! (Well, they shouldnt have any rights anyways, but the point is still valid) Everyone out there who voted Obama, i hope you now see your mistake.
for all those Canadians who jump up and down & yowl about how wonderful Obama is 'for the World'...
I laughed at you then, & I cry for you now.
wake the fuck up: they're **Americans**, they weren't electing anybody who gives a damn about 'UnAmericans' nor were they electing anybody who wasn't pre-approved by the same fuckers who got Bush, Clinton & RayGun elected.
