LG, please fix my BluRay player! Its been sent to you now twice and the problem still persists. The unit, while OFF, buzzes and a red light flashes behind the optical audio port. Also, the HDMI connection comes and goes.
The tool required 2 fix this is a Framing Hammer..Surly there has 2 b 1 out of the 1,000's of LG employers that's done some framing...No papers,or applications required 4 b n an engineer 2 b fix n this unit........LG Qualifications--- r 1 2 b c n 12 b Sharp Like Spoon
You just have a faulty unit. I don't wanna rant or shit but electronic devices can be faulty sometimes. Most of those blu ray players are made in china in factories where they are made very cheap. I don't think you should blame LG you just have to bring your faulty unit back where you have bought it and exchange it for another one or maybe ask for a refund.
Its not just this product it is the vast majority of electronics developed these days. They all seem to be junk. It seems to be a high percentage of people with failed devices. I just bought a bd 550 and it has displayed some issues in between viewing sessions. I've had to pull the plug twice just to get it going again.
My player stopped working after 2 days. I feel your pain. Why don't they just give us a new unit or our money back. If that does not happen they will lose customers.
Because of this video, I will never buy LG. You should've made things right LG now you're losing business forever.
