I was challenged by a viewer to try to make a pot similar to Peter Wangs whose piercing work is absolutely amazing.
The pot was sort of similar in shape but the piercing's not up to his standard in any way.
Anyway here's my effort.
I was pretty happy with it for a 1st go at this upside down type.
Oh and ten minutes after I'd finished it I picked it up to move it and as it's top heavy it fell over and broke into about 20 pieces.
AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!

  • Thanks folks.

I was just trying to copy someone else's pot so it's not my design and I agree it is a bit of a linear shape with no flow to it.

As for the music,we had the glaze mixer going all day which is a really annoying noise so I thought I'd better substitute it with an equally annoying soundtrack.

    Cheers,Dan.
