I know it's been a while but i'm still here and i'm still rawkin it out!! I love raw foods and i've only been doing it for 2 weeks and i noticed some of the benefits such as improved skin less body odor and overall happiness. But i've been "pigging" out on sweets a lot and i'm ready to just go 100% full clean raw for 30 days so my body can go through full detox to release this weight and toxins so i can be refreshed and reprogrammed for the new school year. I'll be posting updates weekly so stay tuned :D

@Jezyra Not sure if you've found any books, but Clean Food & Clean Start are pretty good ones that I started with about a month ago. I found them on amazon.com for $15-$20 each.

I love your videos. I recently started the Clean food/start cookbooks and dieting, while still eating eggs and yogurt. Loving it so, so much! I just started looking into the intermittent fasting and your videos have inspired me to give it a try! Keep it up girl!
