Tom Cruise's character in theatrical film "Collateral" successfully engages multiple armed tagets. Excellent tactics and execution (no pun intended). Please note that the final coup de grace shot would be ruled "out of policy"...

  • @Iggriffin A double-tap is either firing 2 shots instinctively with little time between both shots, or terminating a target that has been incapacitated to make sure he is done moving. Put em 2gether really quick and you got a failure-to-stop drill. Which was demonstrated on the 2nd assailant.

  • @usergreg1498 In the U.S.Army, "double tap" means "shooting the assailant after the assailant is incapacitated", whereas "controlled pair" means two controlled shots fired in rapid succession.

  • @lggriffin Two shots center mass is a controlled pair. "Double tap" is the act of incapacitating a threat & then shooting it again after you've incapacitated it. You're unaware of the difference in terminology because you've not recently served in a combat zone.

  • @bddc201 You, sir, are no fun at all.

  • Awesome.
