This was crazy. I was just down the street living in Moore-Hill at the time. I'm not sure how I missed the actual fire, but I remember the after effects and watching it all being rebuilt.
@AquariusSuperstar The alarms still don't go off on every floor. I've been living in Dobie now or 4 years and they changed it, but it seems even quieter and it seems as though above floor 19 they just don't go off at all. We are all frustrated. What if something else happens like this?

OMG i remember that all too well too. How bout being woken up with smoke everywhere and having to run down 20 flights of stairs. I carried a girl who had twisted her ankle running down the stairs in a hurry. That blew. freakin dobie

That is my dorm and it was so crazy that night! The alarms didn't even go off and the smoke was everywhere!
