Part 2 of the 1955 episode of "The Star and the Story," (aka "The Rheingold Theatre") entitled "The Blue Landscape," starring Peter Lorre.

Keep an eye out for the art dealer, Madame Carpentier, who is played by Celia Lovsky, Peter's first wife.

  • Love how he threw himself against the door to break it down! You go, Peter! :) The wife at the end reminded me a bit of Celia Lovsky. I did a double take!

  • You mean Madame Carpentier? That *is* Celia Lovsky.

  • I love the part when the art dealer describes the fake painting as "pretty wretched" and Peter replies, "No, it's not pretty - it's merely wretched." Thanks for posting this

  • REALLY?? That's so cool! I should have read the credits. :D I'm so glad they were in a show together!
