@harmagician HA. thats a lie they balanced budgets all across Canada. in the 90's . it was the people of alberta that slashed the deficit and paid off the debt not ralph klein.... all he did was take 2 bilion out of healthcare when he didn't need to. and has infact lead to more serious problems today. he was also an alcoholic.
