why does the beginning look like a videogame? What kind of camera is that?

Good interview content, but lots of distraction in the video: coffee cup, below the waist shots, busy/moving background with lots of "stuff", non-contrasting background, etc. I like that it's meant to be "casual" but it's really distracting to the interview. :)
