Primary Muscle Group: Biceps-Front of upper arm.

Preparation: Stand in the middle of the cable machine and step one step forward of
center. Grasp the handles, keeping upper arms parallel to the floor (up and back) throughout the move.

Execution: Curl handles in towards the ears, keeping the wrists straight throughout
and return to start for desired amount of reps.

Tips: Be sure and keep upper arms up and back. Avoid the urge to bring elbows forward when curling the weight.

  • Hilarious. Is it my elbow or the handle that is squeaking? Whichever, oil could do the trick.
