I read about the cover song contest being hosted by Tyler Ward at the beginning of the week on what happened to be the night before I got sick and lost my voice. Fast forward to Saturday night, I had my voice back and decided to attempt to record, mix, film and edit this video in the 24 hours that remained before the contest's deadline. I would've rather spent more time on the mix and the video editing but I was determined to submit the video in time for the contest. It was looking like I had a shot up until it was time for the final step: the dreaded video upload. At this point it was just before 11pm and in the past I've managed to get videos uploaded in less than hour, but for whatever reason this time I got an estimated upload time of 390 minutes hahaha A tragic but classic ending to my 24 hour marathon attempt at making this video, you can definitely tell I had started to lose my mind in parts of the video but it was a good learning experience and I had fun making it. To Tyler and Alex G, congrats on recording a really great song, I hope it pops up on the iTunes best selling chart if it hasn't already. Actually I always see Tyler Ward on Billboard's "Uncharted" chart, you probably know about it since you're on it, but just in case you didn't SURPRISE!! You're on a Billboard chart! ( http://www.billboard.com/#/charts/uncharted ) Alright enough typing I'm going to bed hopefully this thing will be uploaded by the time I wake up haha
