Just came from a Seminar with Kru Phil Nurse today at the Wat. He is a one of a kind trainer. No surprise why GSP and Jon Jones have sick striking, Can't wait to enroll after payday.

Great interview, I don't know if asking his striking coach whether GSP was focusing too much on striking was the best thing though. Overall great interview, I honestly forgot Phil is British lmao

Hm interesting, so those weird hand movements phil does have some sort of effect other than just being a placebo.
The fighter watches the movements and slows down his breathing in rhythm with them.
And also it seems they're trying to do some sort of hypnosis. Anyone in the know want to comment more on that?
