Come on! I think we are missing most of this story. No one wants to just remove children for fun. Although the system is far from perfect it does ultimatley try to protect children. Parents are given chance after chance to change what ever their situation is. By the looks of this couple they did not make the changes needed. I would like to hear the rest of the story before passing judgement.

The states get federal money based on the amount of fatherless children they produce. The system, which was supposed to help children, has become their worst enemy. It is out of control.

sorry, but this guy must've really done something if he can't be in the presence of his children. the system has flaws, but imagine the difficulty these workers & judges face trying to protect children from abuse & neglect. there HAS to be a reason for taking all 4 children away from these parents. i feel sad for them, but the safety of their children is more important.

I can't believe that anyone in their right mind would believe anything that these 2 are saying. How much sense does it make that the State of WV would take their children for NO reason?? Absolutely NONE!! Trust me if the children were removed there was a reason for it. Maybe it has something to do with the reason I see Mr.Foltz on the jail website everyday for Felony charges. He's just lucky the state of WV took pity on him and lets him in and out on work release!!!!

What website are you refering to? Even if he had problems with the law, which I have no proof of and you have not provided, what did the mother do to deserve having her kids taken?

@smizzles2007 Excuse me, CPS is a FOR PROFIT organization now. They get PAID for delivering certain types of children to their roles, and then they get paid MORE MONEY from grants to adopt the children out to others.(this has become BIG BUSINESS for MANY families in the USA) They're ignoring family rights to obtain MORE MONEY.

I have heard these stories too many times. Something is definitely wrong here. CPS needs to be investigated. There are too many stories of former CPS workers who committed crimes against children..too many. And they have been put on trial for other crimes as well. There is a lot of video footage on you tube of those CPS workers.

I don't know their whole story...but I know for a fact how corrupt CPS is in WV...In 2009, there was more money paid out for child abuse and neglect defense than there was for felony offenses! The state makes money off young children that are marketable!! My heart goes out to anyone who has ever had to deal with CPS and the corruption this agency has!!

Nothing in the gov is relialble, you're suffering from the Grand Delusion. Start studying statistics, research design, physiology.... find out what vaccines and other farmphraud really do, learn where the dollar goes... but I do agree that there are times when intervention is helpful, too bad the gov is never there...

Amzingly, public schools really didn't teach me what I know.

Volunteering at the local Department of Social Services did.
