Thanks! I could use a relay to shut the power off to the servo, but after thinking about it I like the fact that when there is power, my landlady can't get in (she's been known to let herself in without asking). Even if I did do it, I rarely carry my keys anymore because of this. In situations where for some reason I can't use the phone, I do have a remote (car unlocker style) hidden that does the same thing. Maybe in future generations. :)

nicely done :) I was thinking about the servo, it should be possible to cut power to the servo using a relay after the servo has turned to the desired positions. Provide Power -> PWM -> (wait) -> Cut Power.
Makers Local 256 may be changing rental properties soon. I've purchased a PowerBolt1000 for the next verion of the USBAuth system. Real easy to hack! But not as cool :)
