I wouldn't say that much, I would say the style changed at 2005 and then again at 2007.
That is the only time I ever seen a MAJOR overhaul of the game/graphics/features.

That convoy blocking one will be fun to mess with. I will definately be trying to lead my team members all around the field just to see if they follow with their arms raised.
