Perfect video! Alas far from perfect espresso shot ... under extracted (15 seconds since, effectively, an espresso shot is as much as in 0:22) with very little crema and very blonde. I could pull better espresso shots on my first delonghi machine :P Get yourself a decent coffee bean, grind it finely at the spot and refine your tamping skills. Then shoot the same video - this was visually very pleasing!!

@Panoskol I never said it was pefect :) But thanks for compliment on the video itself. This pour was done with off the shelf Pilon Cuban Coffee BTW.
