Hi hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost a ton of weight with it.

eat enough fruit and you won't want cooked food.

Natasha, I have a dilemma. I don´t have easy access to organic product, so, what is better: to have a balance diet with all kind of products OR to go non-organic and non-very-tasting fruit and vegetables? maybe this is a silly question, but for me it is a dilemma. I would like to know your opinion. hug you!

Hey I just signed up for the juice fast. Hopefully, I'm not too late because I got the pdf file but not the invite to join the group. Cheers!

@MePaulP They are probably also paying for the wreckless lifestyle before eating healthy.

I'm going to be switching my major to food and nutrition studies this fall, so i'm pretty excited about that seeing as how i've been undecided for 2 full years and taking random classes in different fields in search of what my true passion is. To be fair, i thought i'd retort with another article, i thought was interesting. Of course, it goes against your article, then again that's the whole point. To view, both ends of the spectrum.

@natureasintended Thx for the recommendation. I thought the author brought up some good points, especially about how vegans and vegetarians are targets of b12 deficiency by those who consume meat in the general public. I mean, as far as the 39% goes who consume meat and are b12 deficient, i find interesting and a bit confusing. Perhaps, there is something thats missing in there. idk. I'm still young (20) and i'm still in the beginning phases of finding the right diet for me. -->

@MePaulP Also, Liferegenerator is 40 years old and look and has the energy of someone 10-15 years younger. Scooby, who I think is 48; looks his age and has limited flexabilty & energy, judging on his videos.
-
@faheeta Scooby has chronic back and shoulder problems. Liferegenerator mentioned in an early video that he's had a headache for 8 years, so both have issues. Scooby, with his ill-informed, super-high protein diet, will no doubt feel the effects in later life, as is the case with mega protein consumers. As he does a lot of cardio and eats a mainly vegetarian diet (he says he eats fish once or twice a week), he is at least balancing out the dangers of his horrific protein intake.
natasha, nice video as always, but can you show us a proof you have a lower body, legs and feet? lol i hope you do! i mean i watch all your videos but you are always filming in the same angle hehe. i'm just a visual guy! haha. seriously. give us proof!

@MrAria44 Where do you think these animals get these sources from? Animals just don't have these minerals and vitamins just magically in their system, they get it from somewhere. A plant based diet has everyone of those vitamins and minerals in it. Avocado is rich in Omega 3's. Zinc is in vegetables and unprocessed sea salt and enzymes which is the life in all vegetables and fruits. Just by pass the death part and go str8 to the source. Eating meat is killin people and the environment.
