I see this and I think...I really do suck at solos. but i really want to be a lead guitarist. quite a conundrum.

@seetherrr03 you can never trust tabs...do yourself a favor..learn it by ear it will get easier after awhile..and while you're at it learn how to read music. tabs are horrible

hmm i know you said you play this by ear but have you looked at any tabs and were they accurate?

@seetherrr03 I haven't found one that is accurate. That's why I used my ears and a few Dimebag vids to find out what was he doing.

I've watched a few videos, and everyone seems to do that fast run differently. Maybe I should just listen to the song, and try to figure it out by ear?

i dont think ill ever be able to play this good, but i try every day, ive come to the conclusion, that being a good guitarist, requires you to be able to play solo's like this look like the easiest thing in the world. making me feel bad!

@TomEd171 You shouldn't think like that. You are a human being capable of achieving miracles. Practice makes one perfect. If you put your mind to it, you can acomplish anything. Now go and practice, but plan ahead.
