The shaving bit was very cool, it was actually used in some of the Superman Comics in the eighties, so they must have been taking from that at the time. This was a fun episode.

According to the original Superman legend, Superman's hair and nails did not grow under a yellow sun, so the shaving bit wasn't necessary.

This was kind of cool. I always felt that we never got to see Superboy or Superman doing normal things like taking a shower, shaving or clipping toe nails. I always thought ... what? was he too good for that stuff? LOL
