If he said "I'm not leaving, this is my property" this whole crisis would have been avoided. People always try to big dick it around cops.

So how did the cop know who he was, and stating he was the man, no court order, and this man is the land owner, whats with that? So what was the out come?
Once I parked in my drive way at a rentel property and a cop tried to detain me for a stolen car in from of my house. He clamed because it was on my property then I was resposible for a stolen vehicle. It was parked on the street. Then I told him I dont own the property I was a renter, so he said like dahhh, so your trespasing.
