We at Sacred Buddhist Malas are always working to come up with new inspirational and galvanizing Malas. We don't just make basic Buddhist Malas just for the sake of aesthetics. I'm talking about working with colors, materials and mediums. Seeing deeply into each separate part and how they are best aligned to do the most benefit for all sentient beings. All of these things coalesce, saturate and harmonize in to your Buddhist Malas and will give impetus to your meditations. You'll find this at it's most dramatic with our "DEITY MALAS".

To do this we look all around the world for the best bits. Like lapis lazuli gemstones from Afghanistan, jade gemstones from British Columbia, artisian accents from Nepal , real sandalwood and spiritual seeds from India and the best quality "Kaliningrad Amber" from the Baltics. Whether it's your birthstone, your favorite color or embodies your "Yidam", our Buddhist Malas have deep, compelling meaning in each of them.

We craft insightful, alluring Buddhist Malas at truly competitive prices. And unlike any other western mala craftsmen we know of, we use nine strands to string our Buddhist Malas, which symbolize The Buddha Vajradhara and the eight Bodhisattvas. This stringing technique is sited by The Government of Tibet in Exile at their web site, TIBET.COM.

You'll also find malas at similar prices but you'll notice they use a much smaller bead size for the same price. Small beads can be very difficult to count mantras on them. Just look at the old Buddhist Malas from Tibet. The monks and nuns found that if you use beads at 8mm, 10mm, even 14mm they are much easier to use. I realized this while watching the monks at my monastery. This monastery, my sangha, is where I found the inspiration to design and skillfully shape unique, natural, precious materials into wisdom. A wisdom that can be found when we close our eyes and slowly caress the right gems, say the right mantra with the right mind. Meditations will then manifest themselves brilliantly, from within us, to us all.

  • @livinluxuriously yes... really?! Christian rocks!!!

  • @ILagable what's your confusion? I spent 12 years studying the bible inside-out and it's basis is so completely incredulous and in fact dates back to much older texts, literally PLAGERIZING egyptian mythology and the book of the dead - and all symbolism of both religious symbols can be traced directly to astral and cosmic constillations and star systems; just personified.

    so I mean... really?!

  • I'm not saying Christian is better here.

I'm Christian, so obviously i would not know these stuff, but If i'd believe in this stuff, i mean... really?!
