After Dagoth Ur said that he still started casting shield spells and stuff on himself while I notched an arrow on my bow. Sure, he didn't technically attack me, but that's still a bit unsportsmanlike, don't you think?

I cannot wait for Skymorroblivion. You can play Oblivion, Morrowind, and Skyrim all on the Skyrim engine. Soon adding Daggerfall as well, giving access to Hammerfell and High Rock.

Playing through Morrowind you feel like dagoth ur is more or less like voldemort, just pure evil in all sense of the word. Then you meet him, talk with him, and you realize how much propaganda is spread around, even the noble Vivec spins a few webs. I can somewhat sympathize with Dagoth Ur(in the context of what Tamriel is, aside from the sixth house members being so misshapen)

@bionicgabe1 there are a sizeable few who came from the morrowind or previous lineage that dislike what bethesda did with Skyrim, its questionable that will ever happen.

@metakiluku : The Ashlanders believe that he was murdered by the Tribunal. The Dissident priests also share the view. Read the books "Nerevar at Red Mountain" and "The Progress of Truth".
Also Vivec himself hid the message in his 36 sermons, lookup the Trial of Vivec:
"He was not born a god. His destiny did not lead him to this crime. He chose this path of his own free will. He stole the godhood and murdered the Hortator. Vivec Wrote This"

Can I use the weapons of Morrowind, such as the Crossbow and Spear?

@ODSTJoe No, but there are several 'other' mods for oblivion that add spears and crossbows.
