Round 2 of the Tasmanian Rally Series was The Wharf Hotel - 7BU Hellyer Rally. In 2010, the rally ran on the classic roads south of Wynyard in the Takone, Hellyer Gorge and Preolenna regions. Defending TRS champions Lynn Rattray and Lindon Hills in their Subaru took the win in deteriorating conditions from David Waldon/David Catt (Subaru) and Jamie Vandenberg/Simon Vandenberg (Mitsubishi). Two wheel drive would be won by Lee Peterson and James Booker in a Nissan Pulsar GTI.
