  • Such a down to earth and inspiring chap! I would give my right nut to play guitar with him. Sting would have to play bass too tho if i'm to justify the loss of a tezzie but I reckon it would be worth it.

  • Mentioning the maestro Vinnie Colaiuta!!!

    RESPECT

  • I've been waiting forever to be able to buy this video!! When can I do that?

  • So what was the answer at 1:39??!!

  • Apparently, Dom was so worthy of mention, they had to put him up twice on the behindthenotes homepage.

  • he came to my school for a master class and i got my guitar and an album autographed!!! i know it seems like boasting but i had to share that

  • @gottslavey I agree, that love for what you are doing is very important, but i belive, professionals can love what they do too... Sting for example loves what he does. On his "All this time" DVD he says music has "never been work to him - although it's hard work"

But still I agree with a bit, because there a some amateurs better then professionals I think.

  • He's a terrific acoustic player, personally, he suffers what a lot of great acoustic players do on electric, he just doesn't make it sing. He always sounds like he just bought a new pedal board and hasn't found the good sounds on it yet.

  • Who gives a TOAST?.................That is respect right there....Andy Summers ...a legend!

  • in my opinion the amateur can do better than the professional since the first is doing it by love and the second for money...

and I think also that speaking much in interviews brings false ideas

  • @patchster LOOL :)

  • he always has such a small bodied guitar
