Hmm...now it is maybe not such a good idea. Being more of an economically minded person, I would wait before you try to do this. I would imagine that the housing market will drop some more. If you plan on bottom feeding, be prepared to wait for a long time to turn a profit.

This video was made over 2 years ago. Way before all that took place. Since then, my ventures have shifted towards financial markets.

I had noticed, but felt that a warning would still be beneficial. Financial markets are a decent endeavor, especially foreign exchange if you know what you are doing. Just be prepared to lose a lot of sleep. Best of luck in whatever endeavors you should choose.
