Emily,
While it has taken me years to achieve, I find it helps to pick out a friendly face and to make contact with that person. It's hard, but achieving eye contact was something that has helped me open up to people.
Your vids are awesome, by the way. And so are you. I did a mini-shoutout in one of my recent collection vids where I recomended your channel to anyone who suffer's from any kind of anxiety.
I see TameFan's here. :)
STAY AWESOME!

This concept always helps me when the automatic negative thinking has me feeling like a rotten person through and through: People are rivers, not statues. Labeling yourself as bad or unfriendly is not only irrational, it's not true. No one is definitively good or bad. What defines us really is as fluid as a river. I know this doesn't always help in the "heat" of a highly anxiety provoking situation, but it always helps me when I start beating myself up afterward. :)

I believe that this condition really do exist, but here in our country...It is more like a joke for them than a serious illness. This disease kills you from the inside...
I'm glad I bumped into one of your vids...where are you from ?

My S.A is my shame. I could never post a video on the fear of being found out. Good for you Emily.

@aeschroe you always can. IMO S.A is nothing to be ashamed for. You didn't ask for it, you couldn't help it. No-one asks for illness. So you're every bit deserving and important and worthy as anyone else.
