Foots is an artist creating an underwater city off Cayman Brac, which he's calling The Lost City of Atlantis. Made from cast concrete, the final City will cover 100,000 square feet. I have dove here its off the coast of the caimen islands. A local scuba diver there thought it would be cool if he made a replica of this so he got permission and made all these cement things himself and put them down there with the help of other licensed divers on the island.
