    yes...but before the outspoken. the body is in anxious mode. I told Ed, that I use my anxiety, as a gauge. It lets me know, that I want to so something to my best ability, and I don't want to fail. Now there are times, depending on the situation, if it is more serious, my whole body is shacking inside. that I can't control, and I just let it run the course.
